GENERAL
Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw2D
When ordering custom 2D art/animation you will receive a WIP at the sketch stage, and as progress progresses I can send you what the work looks like
At the sketch stage, you can make any 4 free edits (change the emotion, position of the hand, tail, etc.)
After 4 free edits, I will charge from $1 for each at the sketch stage
After the line and color are drawn, I will charge from $2 for edits
After the art is finished, I will charge from $5 for edits.For ych commissions I can change the position of body parts, BUT this may require additional payment and approval of the animator if it is animation3D
When ordering edits for a model, you will receive WIP at each stage of my progress on the commission
When ordering a 3D model from scratch, you receive a WIP of the base sculpt, at this stage you can make any 6 free edits (make it more muscular/thinner, increase wings, change fingers, tail length, etc.)
At the topology stage, I will charge from $5 for edits that require a complete replacement of the topology (for example, removing fingers and replacing them with new ones, moving the tail too low and the mesh will be injured/stretched, replacing wings and similar complete replacement of parts of the mesh)
At the texturing stage, I will charge from $10 because I will have to redo the scan and texture when completely replacing parts of the meshPAYMENT
I can offer a 50/50 payment plan or another split, and I'll start working on the portion of the work that's already paid, BUT I'll only finish the work after full payment.
I always ask for payment upfront before I start working.
I can refund part of the money plus the commission at the stage it's at if there's a conflict or misunderstanding between us and we can't resolve it.
If you've received a commission, you can't ask for a refund.EXTRA CHARGE
2D and 3D in General
If the character has extra limbs (penis, wings, arms and legs, tongues), I'll charge an extra $10+.IF YOU WANT ME NOT TO POST A COMMISSION
Ask for this when ordering a commission.
For 2D art, you will pay an additional 15% of the commission cost.
For 2D/3D animations, you will pay an additional 40% of the commission cost.
For 3D models, you will pay an additional 40% of the commission cost.If you ask for this later, I will ask for an additional 10% on top of the fees listed above.DEADLINES
2D Animation/Art
The deadline for 2D animations is calculated as follows: up to 2 months for art, up to 2 months for animation (for large projects with multiple characters or different animations, the deadline may be unlimited).
I will ALWAYS notify you about progress on the commission.
Spamming in DMs is prohibited; I will not done your commission faster because of this.
You can pay an additional $50 to get commission faster
I do NOT process commissions in a queue, BUT I try to prioritize commissioners who have been waiting longer.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.

You may:
